Texas Church Sponsors Training in Sierra Leone

One Church’s Impact. We praise the Lord for providing complete funding for the training of over 300 leaders in Sierra Leone through a single church.

Though we conducted our first workshops in Sierra Leone in 2013, we had to stop providing our workshops there in 2015 because our coordinator for Sierra Leone moved to the U.S.

However, God has raised up a new coordinator for Sierra Leone as well as making complete provision for our 2020 workshops there through the generosity of a local church in the San Antonio area.

The Lord only knows the multiplied spiritual impact in thousands of lives in Sierra Leone that will occur through this generous gift.

Impacting Nations with APT Ministries

To train a pastor and provide a Thompson Bible cost APT Ministries, on the average, $50.00. When you consider the impact in the life and ministry of the pastor who receives our training, God’s ongoing impact through him in his church and the church’s impact in their local communities, $50.00 is a great investment to make an eternal impact!

One of the most common comments we receive from pastors as they give us feedback on the Thompson Bible workshops is, “You will not walk out of there in the same way you walked in.”

In David’s excellent book, God’s New Humanity: A Biblical Theology of Multiethnicity […]

How To Use A Thompson Study Bible We are frequently contacted by people who are asking for information and help in learning how to use a Thompson Chain Reference Study Bible. These are people who either have owned a Thompson Bible and never learned how to use it or those who have recently purchased a Thompson Bible and haven’t figured out how to use it in their personal study of the Scriptures. … Read More
